Hand bound book meets wood grain meets patterned tweed.

There are so many textures on these books. The spines and endpapers are made with lovely, soft hand made marbled / suminagashi paper. Covers are smooth wood veneer laminated with locally made and designed Iona tweed. Upon closer inspection you’ll even see hemp cord sewing supports peaking out at the shoulders.

Most books have the tweed peeking through a silhouette of the Isle of Iona, while one opts for the typographic treatment instead.

The books vary in size from 13cm x 18cm to A5 in size. They are stuffed with GF Smith Sketch Natural, a smooth 100% recycled paper with fibre inclusions.
